R talks about how she let her brother move in with her without knowing that he was a child molester who went after girls that are very, very young. She talks about the absolute storm that her life turned into when her mother tried to hide and protect R's brother and tried to get R to drop the charges against him. The story does have a good ending but the roller coaster of this episode is undeniably rough.

There is a LOT of swearing in this episode.
