Ep 1 of Season 5 kicks off with Helen receiving a phone call at 11.30 pm from her friend   Louise who is in a care home near Lancaster . And she is reminded that not all old women are the same. There are certainly many ways that the word 'old' could be defined, and Helen and Louise would be two of them.

Well, here it is. Episode 12, the final one for Season 4.  It's a bit longer than usual, but if you don't need the introduction, start at around 1 min 16 seconds. It concerns Helen's 103 year old neighbour, Nana Madeleine, and something that was lost many, many years ago. 

I'm now taking a break for a few weeks to write up Season 5, help out with my new grandson, and take a holiday with the American branch of my family. In Europe. Hopefully.
