Dustin Dienst, Faribault Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director talks about the flash flood warning in effect and it's impact on the community. The most recent house fire was caused by a cardboard box placed on an extension cord. Dienst says the extension cord should only be for temporary usage and never put anything on top of an extension cord.

Pat Rice, Kathy Larson, Karen Rasmussen with American Association of University Women Faribault chapter give details about their annual book sale at the Faribo West Mall. Proceeds help pay for two $1500 scholarships awarded by the local chapter.
