When you vote entirely for one party when you go into the ballot box, is that voting straight ticket? Not quite. We break down what voting straight ticket is, why so many of us do it and reasons why some states have outlawed the practice.  Chrissy does a very half hearted attempt at an Australian accent while Jewelz admits her slight laziness (like many of us) when she goes to vote, but how unlazy she is in other areas of her life.  We both decided that voting is an open book test, so do the research and bring it with you!

What is activism without the performance? When does performative activism just become about the performance and your own ego? There's a slippery slope between how we curate our lives online and what our lives, and our activism, looks like without the filter. Throw in a pandemic and activism and it gets even more complicated when we use social media to convey political beliefs. Welcome to Amateur Activists!
