Amateur Hour

On this episode we revisit the exciting world of artificial intelligence. Something we could all use a little more of, right? But could too much of a good thing be a bad thing? We discuss Google's A.I. called "LaMDA", the whistleblower that says it's gaining sentience, and what that means for humanity as a whole.

Have you ever seen the movie, "The Descent"? No? Good, me either. It's about scary humanoid creatures living in caves. This episode of Amateur Hour is also about caves, but it won't give you scary nightmares because the only thing in these caves is TREASURE! (or is it the only thing....?)
