Mark spent ten years in Afghanistan working as a civil engineer, building roads and water systems for the people of afganistan.   We celebrate his safe return home and the hard work from Joe Biden and Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth to negotiate the deal to make it happen. RIP PNB rock. we pray for sane energy policy from our leaders and world peace.
