States Nullification Rights via the 10th Amendment? The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. State Nullification is the process of the state refusing to comply with federal law on the basis it is unconstitutional. "Compact between the states and the federal governmentDoctrine of State Interposition This doctrine claimed that the Constitution was a compact between sovereign States that delegated strictly limited powers to the federal government. When the federal government exceeded those limits and threatened the liberties of citizens, States had a right to interpose their authority. The States, and not the federal courts, had the authority to decide whether the federal government had exceeded its power. Madison - Virginia Resolution in case of a deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said compact, the states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them. What has happened to American values? America's Thanksgiving Day has been downgraded from a day that we thank God for our blessings  to nothing more than a Shopping Frenzy? What does is say about the American people when they reject the true meaning of Thanksgiving Day and focus on shopping for expensive toys? How the GOP-RNC Reelected King Obama How did a ineligible American, anti-American, Sharia loving Muslim get to be President of the U.S.A. in 2008 and then reelected in 2012 to become King and take down the republic of the U.S.A.?   We must answer this question if we expect to restore our Constitution and take back our Republic.
