Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) released a report on “The State of the Working (And Non-Working) Man.” It looks into the phenomenon that about 7 million young men, of good health and in the prime of their lives, are simply choosing to not work. The longer they stay like this, the harder it is to come back into the workforce. Many others are just under-employed and underpaid, and there isn’t a whole lot of hope they’ll ever break out of poverty.
