Last week, we got to hear about Caris Snider's journey with anxiety and depression, and we're continuing our conversation today. Hi friends! So we had big plans and great guests lined up to really kick off the new year, but omicron had other ideas so, even though we took a break last week, this week is pretty similar!

But I did want to share something with you all, in case anyone is in the same spot as I am, in already feeling weary by the new year (and, to be honest, the past couple of years). I wanted to share a prayer from the The Valley of Vision devotional that encouraged me. The Valley of Vision is a book of puritan prayers, written in old English, and every time I read one, I feel the Spirit move through the words on the page. This specific prayer I'm reading is called "Love Rest in God."
