Do the impossible!! Today I am asking you to step out into the unknown and be uncomfortable. We are reading Luke 1:37 and we are connecting with a role model that you have within the same line of your goal. If you are on a weight loss journey, who have you been watching or following. Genuinely connect with them and tell them what they mean to you. Connect with them and chat! You are being asked to double your number of push ups today also!! Go be epic!!

Weaknesses are not always bad. Today we are reading 2 Corinthians 12:9 and you are going to write out the places in your steps toward your goal that you are not the strongest. Then I want you to look up and find people to fill those gaps. They might be a friend. They might be a stranger. You might not be able to utilize them today and they might be needed later down the road but that is ok. Notice and acknowledge them before they come up. Be the proof! Today we are reading Romans 12:1-3 and verse two is key. Tan it! Highlight it! Mark it! You activity is to tell 5 friends or family of your goal and the plan you have. Then you need to find an accountability partner. You have 30 minutes of heart rate elevating cardio to do also! Follow to make sure you don’t miss a day!

Get to steppin’! Yep that’s right! We are making steps and taking steps today! Your scripture is Isaiah 40:29-31. Your physical activity is 30 minutes of a cardio that will elevate your heart rate. While you written activity is writing down all the steps you will have to take to get you from where you are today to where you want to be. This is an episode you really need to listen in on! Understanding why- we do so many things in a day but why? Why do you do everything you do? I hope it is for the glory of God but I have no idea. Today’s scripture is 1 Corinthians 10:31. Your activity is affirmations still but also ask and write down all of your why’s. Why are you doing this? Why are you doing that? Your physical workout is squats still. I promise a few days of 50-100 of them and you will see results! Follow for day 8 and another week of incredible changes.

This is by far my favorite day! Between the scripture, the activity, and the workout- it is money! The scripture today is Ephesians 6:10-20. Activity is affirmations but you want to listen in to learn how to do them the best way possible. The way that will build your armor and help you speak boldly. Your workout is squats. I don’t care how many or what kind. Just squats today. This is a reminder that no matter how many times your get knocked down, you will always get back up again. Follow for day 7! We are already reaching the end of week one!

Answering the call- we have all had this feeling of being called or pulled toward something. For me it has always been education. For some it is service while others it is nature or creative arts. Whatever it is, we are called to do something. We are also given the tools and talent to do this calling whether we see it or not. So today’s scripture is 2 Thessalonians 1:11. Your writing activity is at the top of a piece of paper write down what you feel pulled or called to do. Then under that you will write out all of your skills, passions, and talents. Then you will start to link them up on which talents can help you with your calling. Core values- the beginning and the end- today is all about setting up who you are and what you stand for. You will be told what is “right” and what is “wrong” so many times on your journey. Make sure that whatever you do is true to you and HIM. Your scripture today is revelation 1:8 activity is the write out your five core values. Today is the start to epic! Your scripture today is proverbs 16:3. You action and activity is to set your goal (I have a goal setting sheet if you need one) then you will pray over these goals and commit them to Heavenly Father. Physical actions and nutrition is getting your steps in and drinking you water. This is an important episode to listen to the entire thing. There is so much explanation going on in it.
