When Amy Sheppard posted an unedited bikini photo on Instagram earlier this year and tagged it #kissmyfatass it went viral and started a movement promoting positive body image on social media.

Now with her band Sheppard she has released a new track supporting the campaign, and she phoned in to JOY this week to chat to Tom and Mikey about it all.
