God tells us in his Word that obedience is better than sacrifice. He finds no pleasure in any gift when it’s offered from a heart that is still clinging to willful sins. We must allow the Spirit to examine our hearts and our offerings to Jesus. Obedience is far better than anything else we might bring to the Lord. --------
