Back in the mid 90s we thought Land Tax was a great way to make sure you hit all of your land drops and a low cost mana fixer. Today Alex and I learn about how people with far greater MTG minds turned Land Tax into the greatest card draw engine around, which led to its banning, unbanning, then subsequent rebanning in the Premodern format.
