Today's case takes us to the United States, home to Reagan Tokes. When Reagan failed to contact her family after leaving a late-night shift near her university, everyone knew something was wrong. 

What had happened to Reagan was absolutely horrifying and resulted in a much-needed change in the law in Ohio. A string of catastrophic failures had led to the ultimate tragedy.
