Then, CTV has reported that a $2-million dollar plan to hire special constables to help fill enforcement gaps in London will be discussed at a city committee meeting next week.

But, weren't we told a huge investment in London Police earlier in this council term would solve these problems? And a $2-million bill to hire 11 people seems excessive.

Then, they look at a controversial development on Wellington near Grand - two huge buildings, few amenities and only 21 parking spots. What should council do with this proposal?
