An Honorable Mention w/ Shane Hagadorn & Jeff Schwartz

Y'all got us to 100 followers on Twitter so...here's the "Do or Die II & III" commentary track courtesy of Jeff & Shane!  It's the first time around for guys like Roderick Strong, Austin Aries, Super Dragon, B-Boy, Matt Sydal, and Delirious. It features some Jay Lethal as Hydro, some Dunn & Marcos action, A BLIND GUY, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, The Mayor Of AHM himself, SAL RINAURO AKA MELLOW!

Join us as we screw around, have some fun, and try our best to entertain you for this 4th of July holiday week!  Hopefully this one is a "DO" like the future World Champs on the show and not a "DIE" like Gabe Roach or Brian Gamble!

P.S. We recorded this a few weeks ago so...

The HDNet run is over, the Sinclair era has yet to begin; but in the middle of it all, one of the most surprising moments in Ring Of Honor history took place right in the heart of New York City.

Eddie Edwards headed into the Manhattan Center as the 2010 "Survival of the Fittest" winner, as a former World Tag Champion, and as a former (and the 1st) World TV Champion. Now, in a fight with Roderick Strong, he looked to claim the World Title AND, in the process, become the first ever Triple Crown champion in ROH history. This is that story...

And it's also a little Mike Mondo and Grizzly Redwood and Hotstuff Hernandez and WTF is Julius Smoke doing here and pulling a "Marek Brave"! It's "Manhattan Mayhem IV" and it's time for Jeff & Shane to give it An Honorable Mention!

The night before "Death Before Dishonor VIII", Ring of Honor returned to the Buffalo area for the first time since 2005 to present "Buffalo Stampede II".

10 Minute Hunts, vicious beatings, amazing microphone work, and moooovez would follow for the next 3 hours as ROH attempted to salvage the market (or kill it considering they didn't return until 2017). There was not a title match, there was some shuffling up of the card after Davey Richards...um...wasn't there...and yet ROH still aims to deliver to the best of their abilities.

Join Jeff & Shane as they return to 2010 and dive into "Buffalo Stampede II"!

It should have been a classic night of Junior Heavyweight wrestling where 8 AMERICAN competitors battled it out to compete in the 2005 New Japan Pro Wrestling "Best of the Super Juniors" tournament. Instead it was a rainy night once again (well technically this came first but that's semantics and at least we were indoors), and this time the fan reaction was quite different to say the least.

It was the end of onen era as ROH bid farewell to Dan Maff between shows but the beginning of another as new ROH Tag Team Champions would be crowned. The ROH World Title hung in the balance between Austin Aries and "The Notorious 187" Homicide, the Saints and Embassy had a...grating...battle, and we've got some ridiculous stories about that one (HE'S BLIND)!

It was Asbury Park, NJ on April 2nd of 2005 (probably one day too late honestly) and it was the "'Best' Of the American Super Juniors Tournament"! Join Jeff & Shane as they dive into this one for your listening pleasure!!!

On September 15, 2006 Ring of Honor traveled to East Windsor, CT for several reasons: to celebrate Rhett Titus' birthday, to host the newly crowned GHC Heavyweight Champion Naomichi Marufuji, to set the stage for the NYC event the following night, and TO PUT KENTA IN A F******* TENTA!

First we were kicked outside by the building, then we scrambled for a tent for "protection" from the impending weather, and then we turned "Glory by Honor V, Night 1" into Ring of Honor's very first (and only) mudbowl!

But, as they say in carnivals and sideshows all around the world, the show must go on!!! And, despite all the obstacles that could have made this a certified disaster, the entire crew rallied and dropped quite an impressive event on the fans who braved the weather and stuck it out thru the downpour!

Now you can join Jeff and Shane as they look back on the card, talk about what could've been under different circumstances, and Hags sheds some light on the chaos that followed once the final bell rang! Plus we bid adieu to a few people we lost between CT and NYC the following night...

On May 6, 2011 Ring of Honor headed to Dearborn, MI for "Revolution: USA" at the The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. The creative control of Hunter Johnston/Delirious was in its infancy, as was the ROH World Title reign of "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards. And although this night did not see the World Title defended, nor the Tag or TV titles, it was an evening that helped set the stage for the months to come.

The future of The American Wolves, the rivalry of The Briscoes & All Night Express, the ever growing power of the House of Truth, and the breakout careers of Adam Cole & Kyle O'Reilly; all of those, and more, see some roots grow in these suburbs of Detroit.

Join Jeff & Shane as they take an in-depth look at "Revolution: USA", have some fun with a Grizzly Redwood Q&A, and engage in their usual shenanigans!

On April 23, 2010 Ring of Honor returned to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds for an event dubbed "Pick Your Poison" in which Kevin Steen & Steve Corino picked El Generico's opponent while Generico did the same for his foes. In addition, Tyler Black defended his title against Kenny King, The Wolves battled DCFC, and a lot more. Is this show the death rattle of Dayton that Jeff thinks? Was it merely a stumbling block in the history of the Fairgrounds? Listen along as Jeff & Shane discuss and decide for yourself!

The date was September 30th in the year 2006, and the setting is Bridgeport, CT. On this historic night, for the Liberty State Wrestling promotion, ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson defended his title against the legendary Ugandan Giant Kamala!

Join Jeff and Shane as they have some fun doing watch-along commentary on this match, veering off into all sorts of randomness, and VERY UNofficially brought to you by The Alchemist and Foreign Objects breweries (at least in Shane's case)!!

It was August 25, 2007 and the event was "Manhattan Mayhem II" from the Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom.

It was the night Bryan Danielson & Takeshi Morishima earned the Wrestling Observer Match of the Year honors for their World Title bout, the night The Briscoes proved dominant in 2/3 Falls matches, and the true kick-off to Ring of Honor's own Faction Warfare.

Join Jeff & Shane as they explore one of 2007's premier events, along with some personal details from both men with their experiences on each side of the curtain!!

Join Jeff & Shane for the 2nd half of 2006, of ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson!

The second half of the year saw the rivalry with KENTA reach a fever pitch, the inevitable battle with Homicide reach its conclusion, and Bryan defend his titls against men like Delirious, Colt Cabana, Samoa Joe, and....KAMALA?!?!

It's also in these 6 months that Bryan suffered the injury that should have put him on the shelf, but he soldiered through to reach Final Battle 2006 and tell the story that Gabe Sapolsky wanted to tell.

There are some fun nights out on the town, some good ribs, and it was certainly one hell of a ride down memory lane for our co-hosts to share with you!
