In today’s episode I am asking you to be fully present with whatever you’re feeling, and allow yourself to navigate with your own intuitive wisdom.
I know we’re all doing our part to keep ourselves and each other safe, and this DOING requires MORE Self-Care to keep us well and grounded.
But it’s not just a matter of checking things off the list.
We need to be able to truly listen to what our own body, mind, and soul needs throughout the day, so that we can learn to be more honest, more present, and more patient with ourselves and those we love.
