This first step focused on clarifying the church’s structure, beliefs, and strategy, emphasizing connection through small groups, service through Dream Teams, and growth through discipleship. The ultimate goal is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus and prepare the church for exciting growth, including the launch of the new Tiny Town campus.
