What if leaning into imposter syndrome can help you? We all have self-doubt and even if you don’t believe in yourself, you never know who you can reach if you put your work, thoughts, ideas, music, art, and emotions out there. I was so afraid to release my first podcast episode 1 year ago and I felt like it wasn’t “good enough”, but it ended up being my most downloaded episode where I had to most feedback! I had to lean into my own insecurities (it sounds weird I know) and just trust that it was better to put myself out there then keep holding everything in. 

In this episode I also share what we can learn by being alone and the value of asking ourselves deep questions. I often try to project what I desire or what I feel like I’m missing in life because I’m too scared to sit with myself and soul search. We go into a few ways we can begin to feel empowered while being alone and how slowly breaking down our walls can lead to eye opening self-growth.
