Fear, in a survival situation, can be a useful tool. When it comes to our future successes though, it can hold us back. Understanding your worth and worthiness can mitigate that fear enough to allow us to push passed it and achieve our own definition of success in life.

We all agree that addiction is a terrible affliction. At what point does labeling it a disease stop being beneficial and start creating a crutch for people to justify continued bad acts? In this episode, Julio discusses this and the added factor of conscious choice.
