Part 2 - Ducks Cole joins Neville as the 73rd Carnival festivities began with a Carnival Village dedication to Willis, Vance, and Steve Pinney, acknowledging the brothers' great influence on St. Thomas music and culture, through Mandingo Brass.

Part 1 - Neville James previews the Saint Thomas Carnival schedule, which is officially set to run from April 28 to May 5th, with this year's event expected to be the largest to date.
