What's so wrong about Christians being hypocritical? Why is it never right to deny God in front of others? What does it mean to fear God and do we actually fear Him or is it simply a way of showing respect? What are we to do with what God has blessed us all with? Is worrying really that harmful for the Christian? How can we be vigilant in preparation for Jesus' return while also living in the moment? Has Jesus come to bring peace to the world or to wage war upon it and cause division? Should Christians settle out of court with each other? Find out by listening today!
Sometimes we like to through the word "cult" around to describe anything that we think may be toxic or misleading in their teachings. However, the word "cult" does mean something specific so it is important that we understand what a cult is. In today's episode, I run down five key characteristics of a cult with examples from the history of cults. I also wrestle with what to do if you meet someone who is a part of a cult and the difficulties that may present to share the gospel with them. From NXIVM to Heaven's Gate, from Branch Davidians to Jonestown, and many groups in between, cults have made a huge impact on the world of religion.

I am Joshua Noel and I am just one Dummy who seeks to worship God with his feeble brain! In this episode, I struggle with the idea of God's location! Can God exist both in all things and above all things? Where is God according to Bible? Where is the location of God? Where is God and heaven located? Does God have temporal and spacial parts? Does God exist in another dimension? Do multiversal theories help solve the question of God's location? Did God create everything from nothing (Ex Nihlo)? Why did the early Church fight against Atomism and the idea of the multiverse?

How man stories are there to tell in the Old Republic Era? Is Star Wars Old Republic the same as KOTOR? Is Knights of the Old Republic still worth playing? Why do we need to pray and how should we do so? Can we really ask God for everything? Who or what is Beelzebul/Beelzebub? What is the sign of Jonah? How do the Queen of Sheba and the repenting Ninevites relate to Jesus' narrative? Why is it wrong to hide our light? Why is it so important to fight bad teaching and bad leaders? Welcome to a very special bonus episode where the "Let Nothing Move You" podcast and "The Whole Church Podcast" collaborate in an interview with Dr Thomas J Oord to discuss his newest book, "The Death of Omnipotence and Birth of Amipotence"! Hosts Joshua Noel and Christian Ashley both present their different views on the power of God and the inerrancy of Scripture and discuss with Dr Oord, his view that we should completely do away with both of these words. Can God create a rock that He can't lift? Can God tell a lie? Does the Bible say that God has all power? Does the Bible say that God created alone? Can God really be loving if He has the power to stop sexual assaults from happening and chooses not to? If God is not all powerful, is He a wimp? Can God be God if He is restrained in His power and exists in our own timeline? And how can we have unity in the Church with such fundamental disagreements? We discuss it all in this one!
