We all have moments of fear and doubt when we embark on a new endeavor. This is normal. It is part of the experience; And surprisingly, it nourishes it. It gives our projects force and groundedness in the manner in which we use fear to strengthen us. 

In this episode we make reference to the Heyoka, a character used in ancient civilizations that is a sacred clown. It represents the illusion and distracts from what is real. We all have a Heyoka inside which is our ego: our fear, judgment, pride, etc. It consumes our energy and grows the more that we feed it, leaving us drained. Curiously, it also presents to us the greatest opportunity to grow and gain personal power (in a humble and beautiful way, by the hand of the great spirit) in the manner in which we do not feed it and save our energy in the favor of our purpose.

Todos tenemos momentos de miedo y duda cuando nos embarcamos en un nuevo emprendimiento. Esto es normal. Es parte de la experiencia; Y sorprendentemente, lo nutre. Le da a nuestros proyectos fuerza y solidez en la forma en que usamos el miedo para fortalecernos.

En este episodio hacemos referencia al Heyoka, un personaje usado en civilizaciones antiguas que es un payaso sagrado. Representa la ilusión y distrae de lo real. Todos tenemos un Heyoka adentro, que es nuestro ego: nuestro miedo, juicio, orgullo, etc. Consume nuestra energía y crece cuanto más lo alimentamos, dejándonos drenados de energia. Curiosamente, también nos presenta la mayor oportunidad para crecer y ganar poder personal (de una manera humilde y hermosa, de la mano del Gran Espíritu) en la medida en que no lo alimentamos y ahorramos nuestra energía a favor de nuestro propósito.
