Here is an interview between Terry Keen and Ann who sits on our Residents Council and focuses the wellbeing aspect for Anchor Hanover residents. Terry and Ann have never spoken prior to this interview but clearly shows how they both have a passion for wellbeing and a love for living in an Anchor Hanover property. 

Our first breathing exercise is only 3 minutes long. 3 minutes is all it takes to take your mind off to a calmer place. Breathing exercises helps your body and mind to stay relaxed and to focus on the here and now.

The aim of the ‘Be Active’ programme is to encourage older people to take care of their overall health and wellbeing by creating wellness package filled with physical online workouts but also offering support on how to keep the mind active. Be Active will also aim help maintain our resident’s mobility and balance.
