This week, as the assassination of political and Christian spokesperson Charlie Kirk unfolds fresh before us, Bob, Todd and John are here with raw emotions as we react to this shocking event that took place in Utah.
Charlie's words spoke truth to so many lives and students all through the United States.
He also spoke into the Anchormen's lives as well.
Sharing insights on this podcast is truly based on what we know on the morning that we recorded this show. Many facts about this incident I'm sure will be uncovered and made public but as a reminder, many facts about this are not revealed to us as we recorded this podcast.

In this episode we discuss what we have learned about Grace and how we can apply that knowledge to our everyday lives.
Drace is the way that God relates to us under the NEW COVENANT
Satan uses RELIGION as an attempt to replace GRACE with legalism.
Legalism is the belief that MY WORKS, WHAT I DO as the basis for acceptance from GOD and the way to receive GOD'S blessing.

In our last episode, (Ep4 Righteousness) it was mentioned that we had recorded an episode on this subject already but that file got lost somewhere in the Digital Space-Time continuum. Well like a sheep gone astray, the lost file was located and brought back into the fold.
All that to say, This is the original episode on Righteousness that we recorded and we felt that there was enough material and how important that is so we wanted to bring it out as part 2 in our conversation on RIGHTEOUSNESS.

As believers in the saving Grace that only a relationship with Jesus can provide, why do we still wrestle so much with our sins?
Have you ever thought that "if Jesus knew the "things" I've done he would have no part of me." Well, there is bad news, HE ALREADY KNOWS, but GOD... He knew we can never be perfect and ever be able to atone for our sins so HE, In His love for us, sent the Savior Jesus to be sin for us and give us the righteousness we can never earn through any good works we do. Jesus gave us a deeper relationship with God, by His Grace alone. God's righteousness through the death and resurrection of Jesus, do we get to gain the freedom from sin.
Our sin consciousness becomes righteousness consciousness.
Join the Anchormen, Bob, Todd and John today as we unpack and try to understand how God gave us right standing with Him through the sacrifice of His son Jesus Christ.

Experiencing the loss of a loved one is never easy and the Anchormen know exactly what that means. In this episode, we will discuss the impact of losing a fellow Anchorman had on the group.
Today we will talk about our friend Scott Tuft and the impact he had on us. Grieving is never something anyone looks forward to but when the time comes to grieve, sharing that time with others (although still difficult), is much easier when we don't have to be alone.
Sharing memories with brothers and sisters, friends, loved ones and family all together is helpful.
Listen in on how The Anchormen took time with others that shared special moments with our dear brother Scott Tuft.

Many things happen in our lives that we have no control over and we often wonder why things happen the way they do?
We sure do. But we also know that many things happen that we would never choose to happen the way they do or would ever expected but knowing our God, His plans are always greater than ours and trusting Him, we know know and accept God's will in the good and the not so good.
Bob, Todd and John discuss some hard topics where it's really difficult to accept God's will but being in discussion sure does help understand a little. It will not change what has happened but we can begin to learn that His plans are greater than ours.
Proverbs 3;5
Trust in the Lord your God with all your heart and lean not on your understanding
