Look up the Pareto principle.  It explains wealth inequality and why it is such a difficult problem to address without killing the golden goose. 

What do we do with the old homeless people that have covid?  Do we put them in with the old homeless people without covid?  

My daughter once fell,

Vietnam was an example of where America was playing a finite game against an opponent that was playing an infinite game.  

Afghanistan, what we believed versus what was.  Virus and vaccines, what we believe and what is.   And other happening, what is versus what we chose to believe. 

We all use the same air on this planet.  Our dollars have the most impact if it is spent on the most serious problems independent of the country the problem is located in.  Put that in your political hat and smoke it.

Again, humans need to pool their resources and pick the most effective ways and places to use their resources.   For example, we could lower the CO2 in our air more by spending money building power plants for India than by building and buying electric cars for ourselves.
