Does anyone in this country have any values when it comes to the Palestinians? I don't see either party, or the Independents, taking a stand on this ... do we have any values that apply?

Perhaps I have just discovered the obvious but bear with me.  The physical challenge in dieting is really pretty small.  Humanity has been doing it, as in fasting, for hundreds of thousands of years.  We were made for it.   However, the emotional challenge of dieting is huge in a world where we no longer expect to endure discomfort.  

Our inability to get our people to take the vaccine and the rest of the world to get the vaccine means we will be struggling with mutants of the virus for decades. Yes, decades.  

Next Biden is trying to attack global warming with the power of the public bureaucracy instead of the marketplace.  For example, is Bitcoin mining ok or not?   Should the government decide what makes sense or should a carbon tax be levied and let the marketplace decide?   

And unemployment is not going in the right direction.  Could it be the unemployment checks are too large, or is it because workers are paid too little to go back to work and their kids are still at home?

Those stories, or even story fragments, come packaged in emotions.  If you have upsetting emotions, learn to manage the stories that they come packaged in for a more peaceful life.  

Democrats and Republicans Not Getting Along is Leading to America's Demise and China is taking full advantage of the vacuum created as America is no longer leading in technology, diplomacy, education, or human rights.   China is taking over the world including:

1. Controlling/owning Shipping ports.

2. Moving to a Digital currency.

3. Technology.  R&D dollars up.

4.  Mass Transit.  80% of the world's high-speed trains.  Mobile phone penetration.  

5. Infrastructure Improvement.

6.  Rare Earths, listen to effects.

7.  etc.

America needs to take steps to stop our decline ... Democrats and Republicans need to pass legislation to address our decline, but we have to work together or China will benefit greatly in our absence. 

Bio-engineering.  Imagine spare parts for humans, like hearts and kidneys, inside of a monkey.   The work is underwear.  The little picture that goes with this podcast is a monkey-human embryo.  It's coming to a store near you.  Can you wrap your head around it?  Are you clear on the moral implications?

That cloud of dust rises up and lives for a while as it has done through eternity.

As I approach retirement as an engineer and hope to start a career as a writer, I am full of misgivings about my new identity as my life evolves.
