Imagine you are the audience sitting in a comfortable theater watching a play.   On stage, our politicians at every level, acting out a play for your enjoyment.  Like an old vaudeville there are good guys and bad guys.  Across town another play is in progress, but on this stage it is the republicans who are the good guys.   But, who writes the script, pays the actors, and gives them the jobs.

And, who is the MC for the play? At your playhouse it is Rachael Maddox.  Who is the MC at the other playhouse across the street?  

You want to be seen, and see the person in front of you.  Do you want to be a witness to the people you meet in your life?

What are some of the barriers that keep you from seeing and being seen?

How can you build bridges that allow you and other souls to see each other?

What helps a relationship grow, what destroys a relationship?

Good guys with guns, still 10 dead

Between them and him.

What criteria do we use to say if an economy is working?   All economic systems are created by man, they are inventions of man.   We must create an economic system that values caring for humanity and our earth that the current economic system in the States does not do.

Can the Democrats, can Americans, develop a plan for the future?  Can we prioritize the challenges facing us and come up with a plan to address those challenges?   Can we think long term, perhaps decades into the future, and commit ourselves to solving those problems?

Just a little trip down memory lane, back to 1950.   A few events that I remember when I was three.   In those days, there wasn't much time spent in sympathizing or feeling sorry for ourselves.  We simply got on with the next event, the next day.   Nearly get run over by a train, or going through a windshield, or getting attacked by the neighbor ... well we just took it in stride.
