It’s about identity, purpose, authority, and inherent worth. God didn’t just create us—He entrusted us with dominion, calling, and the responsibility to reflect Him on the earth.
If you’ve struggled with comparison, insecurity, or defining yourself by worldly standards, this conversation will remind you that your value was given by God from the very beginning—and nothing can take that away.

In this powerful conversation, we explore what it truly means to be made in the image of God. Rooted in Book of Genesis chapter 1, we reflect on the moment God intentionally created mankind in His likeness—distinct from the rest of creation. While everything else was called “good,” humanity was uniquely designed to reflect Him and carry divine purpose.
Being made in God’s image is not about physical appearance or meeting worldly standards. It’s about internal identity, inherent worth, and God-given authority. From the command to “be fruitful and multiply” to the call to subdue and steward the earth, we uncover how our value was given—not earned—and how this truth reshapes the way we see ourselves.
This message invites you to reject society’s definitions of beauty and success and embrace your identity in Christ—grounded in purpose, authority, and divine reflection.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” — Deuteronomy 6:5
What does it truly mean to surrender your heart to God?
Surrender isn’t just a church word — it means completely and willingly yielding your will, your plans, your desires, and your life under God’s control and guidance. It’s trusting Him even when the process is messy. Even when the promise feels delayed. Even when the answer is “not yet”… or even “no.”
Trusting God is deeply connected to our heart posture. It’s easy to follow Him when the road is clear and the blessing is visible. But real surrender says:
Not my timeline.
Not my expectations.
Not my will. But Yours, Lord.
Whether you're in the waiting season, the “not yet” season, or the “no” season — this is your reminder that surrender is a process, and God is still in control.
Comment below: “Not my will, Lord, but Your will be done.”

Today’s focus: “You can have my heart.”
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” — Deuteronomy 6:5
Surrendering to God means fully yielding — our plans, our desires, our timelines, and even our expectations. It’s saying, “God, I trust You,” even when the promise hasn’t shown up yet.
Sometimes we’re in the process and wondering:
You said this… so why isn’t it happening?
Is it delayed?
Is it a test?
Is it a no?
Real trust isn’t just believing when things make sense. It’s choosing God’s will over our own — even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it’s unclear.
The process may be messy. The waiting may be long. But surrender says: Not my will, Lord — but Yours be done.
If you’re in a “not yet” season, this message is for you. 💛

Going to therapy doesn’t mean you don’t trust God. It means you’re using the wisdom and resources He made available. If you’ve been hesitant to talk to someone, ask for help, or seek counseling because of shame or cultural stigma — this is for you. Healing is not unspiritual. You don’t have to do this alone.

Sigourney shared her journey into mental health counseling, inspired by personal experiences with self-esteem and societal pressures. She recounted a pivotal moment in sixth grade that shaped their self-perception and later struggles with academic anxiety during college.
