A YouTuber who ate 50 Cadbury’s Creme eggs in 24 minutes says his Easter “challenge” was inspired by a Hollywood classic.

Max from south London posted the video to his Max vs Food Youtube channel earlier this week.

He got the idea from the 1967 Oscar-winning movie Cool Hand Luke as well as other competitive eaters online. In the classic movie, Paul Newman’s character eats 50 hard-boiled eggs in an hour to complete a bet.

Max credits warm water to his success and shares the hardest part of the challenge was the shell. “It was definitely the shell, you’d think they’d not be too bad – I even thought that after eating one beforehand in about 10 seconds easily,” he said.

Max plans to recreate the challenge next year with different varieties of eggs, Metro UK Lifestyle reports.

“As a kid, I used to love getting all the different Easter eggs so I suppose this is a kid’s dream come true to be able to eat 50,” he said.

An eight-year-old boy from Hazelton, PA saved his sister’s life last week thanks to John Cena.

Jaxon Dempsey’s 20-month-old sister began choking on a chicken nugget while in the car. Without hesitation, he leaned her forward and began patting her hard on the back between the shoulder blades.

“It made me feel scared because I thought she was going to die, but then this thing came into my mind,” Jaxon told WYOU. “I told my dad to pull over then I started to pat her back.”

He was able to dislodge the piece of food from her throat within seconds.

The family is crediting a Nickelodeon prank show where pro wrestler John Cena demonstrated CPR.

Jaxon’s mother, Kristen Dempsy beleives he watched the episode a year ago and took it very seriously.

“My son remembered this and did this, and lo and behold, he used it for a good purpose,” she shared with Standard-Speaker newspaper.

Jaxon believes every child should learn how to do the Heimlich.

“So if they have a little sister and she’s choking, their parents should teach them how to pat them on the back. And watch the very first episode of ‘The Substitute’ on Nick,” Jaxson told WYOU.

Soon after, Jaxon received a video from John Cena calling him a true hero for being brave enough to take action.
