The book explores America's restaurant evolution from the 1970s to 2000s and the people who shaped it. Peter Mondavi, Jr. and brother Marc oversee Charles Krug Winery, Napa Valley's oldest winery (est. 1861), acquired by Peter's grandparents, Cesare and Rosa Mondavi in 1943. Charles Krug combines innovation with tradition to make classic wines.
