In today's episode, I want to thank Collin Mitchell for introducing me to the amazing Andrew Metz, who shares his powerful journey towards sobriety.   Andrew is a very talented sales leader and businessman who will share the compelling and inspiring story of his life of sobriety.    Additionally, Andrew will share his journey of growing up in the midwest, including some love from both of us to #uncleRico.    

Like many dads I've spoken to, Andrew's parents were divorced when he was younger, and he will share the journey that took him on.    You will hear the vulnerability and humility in his voice and learn the core things he is working on to become the ultimate QB of his household!  

He shares that we need to lead by example, acknowledge the great things that our kids do well, and strive to be calm leaders!
