Effie is a Vibrational Kinesiologist based in Wonga Park Victoria.  She started training in Vibrational  Kinesiology after she saw results in the treatment of her children.  It is a form of Sound Therapy & focuses on treating the cause, not the symptoms of problems.  It works on 3 forms of electrical energy fields - Chakras, Meridians & Auric Fields.  If any of these systems are not functioning correctly (are out of balance), pressure is put on nerves or muscles and the physical structure of the body is altered so the body becomes prone to emotional, physical, psychological or learning problems.

Our feelings are our own.  We were born with the ability to feel. Others can press our feeling buttons but they cannot make us feel a certain emotion in a given situation.  Those that know us well will have worked out our responses to particular events.  Those that love us will support us to ‘feel better’.  The support and love will help us feel better. Yet no one can make our feelings become ‘better’ except ourselves.  We have to take full responsibility for our own feelings. 

This may sound easy in theory.  Yet it is not so easy to do.  We have to become aware of what we are feeling.  We have to then think about this feeling, then understand and manage it.  It is difficult to manage a feeling that has never been identified in the first place. What we have instead is a conditioned reaction. The aim is to have conscious interaction.  Therefore the, how to, when to, and what to communicate to others is vitally important.
