After going through mental health issues herself such as OCD and anxiety, Kelly had a gut feeling she could do more than taking medication and go to talk-therapy.

The birth of her daughter with autism pushed her to research how she could heal herself from the stress Kelly put herself under and from her previous mental illness.

Her book is a compilation of tools that Kelly used to heal her gut and mind while going through her own personal struggles. Kelly is a living proof of what it is possible when it comes to healing your gut and mental health as a whole.

Adam is doing the uncommon. After a Latent Onset Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis at 51 years old, he has changed his diet, exercise routine and lifestyle to manage his condition and said no to medication. To the medical community surprise, Adam has been managing his condition without any medication.

In this last few weeks I have been learning so much as I started studying my Bachelor in Natural Medicine. There is so much talk about how health systems public or private are not financially sustainable as the increase in chronic diseases, mental health etc is affecting every country in the world. How can we solve this?

In the last 2 years I have been creating and cultivating certainty within me...after a Stage 3 cancer diagnosis...
