Anibros Podcast

Is it that time of year already? Kumoricon (the world’s first, best, only, and last anime convention on the Columbia River) has come and gone and the Anibros lived to tell about it. Listen up and we’ll fill you in on all the news that’s worth knowing about Kumoricon’s final year in Vancouver, Washington.

We came, we saw, we conquered.

Shout-out and thanks to our friends at the con. Relive the fun as we geek out with our teak out! (Disclaimer: this episode may contain trace amounts of tropical hardwood.)

Patrick returns to give you the best deal available in podcasting. In his own special way he reviews the first episode of several contemporary anime… or does he? In this new game, for every two summaries that are real, one is fabricated! Can you spot the fake as he both deliberately and unintentionally twists the plots of Wish Upon the Pleiades, He Is an Ultimate Teacher, Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma, Seraph of the End, The Heroic Legend of Arslan, and Gunslinger Stratos: The Animation? At least listen to see if we can!

A New Taste Sensation!

As part of the bonus round, we also hit Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? and Sound! Euphonium. Play along at home and post your results in a comment below!
