Oh, boy, it's almost the end of the month, and these FRAUDS have really done it this time! Seriously, though, sorry for the late episode. Sakamoto Days next month! JD talks about the rumors of Super Saiyan 4, presents a game for Justin, and the two of them go over the future of the podcast and YouTube channel, discussing a major future livestream project, possible Patreon, and more. We hope you enjoy!
Updated: Raised voice audio volume.

We're back in 2025 with more Dragon Ball DAIMA! This kicks off what promises to be one crazy year, and what better way to escape than to return to your childhood and take some Dragon Ball character quizzes?
Within the chaos of the holidays, Justin muses about media, sharing, and things to come.
This month, the Unchi Boys head back east for some Dragon Ball DAIMA! We checked out the first three out of six currently released episodes, and so far, it really caps off the incredible career of the late Akira Toriyama. We had a lot of fun recording this episode, and Colton even graced us with his own trivia game based on Dragon Ball special moves!
It's October again, so for our first full episode in months, we're going out in the dark, with Batman: Caped Crusader, the new animated series developed by Bruce Timm, known for Batman: The Animated Series, Superman, Justice League, and more!
Still struggling with finding time together, the Unchi Boys have brought you another AniMini, the bite-sized, less anime-focused part of the podcast. Get to know Colton and Justin while they share a bit about themselves, why they started the podcast, and ideas they have for the future. Take the time to voice your opinions! What do you think about WESTERN cartoons and animation? Do they have a place on this podcast? We want to know what YOU think!
Schedules have been tricky for us lately so we may have some smaller episodes from time to time called AniMinis.
Spoiler Alert!
In this episode join JD and Colton as they discuss recent events of One Piece and the character, Garp.
This week we watched 2 more episodes of Fang of the Sun: Dougram, the influential anime series that holds a special place in Mecha Anime History, and the history of mecha-based tabletop war games. We hope you enjoy as we regale you with the tale of origin of the Deloyer conflict, and as Justin misunderstands the meaning of the word "wormhole". Please check our Spotify poll to weigh in on the future of the podcast!
Colton and Justin (Bardo) sit down to talk about our current situation and our hopes for the future of this podcast and our YouTube Gaming channel (Unchiland). Stick around to the end to hear a special taste of Justin's amateur audio engineering, and part of a new song by Bardo Flyhm! Thanks to everyone who listens to our podcast and watches our vids/streams! Expert cinephiles/audiophiles, your input is always welcome!
Let's make the rest of this year one of learning, growing, sharing and caring! Love you!
We just can't quit those sweet, sweet mecha! This time we talk Fang of the Sun Dougram, an 80s anime that had several mech designs bleed into the Revell model line, and eventually into the Robotech/Battletech franchises. Hear us demonstrate our ignorance of this influential anime and it's related tabletop game in today's episode of Anim-A-Holes!
