Anime Egotists

Alex, Toonz, and Post are booking the worst Royal Rumble in history!

While Alex is happy with last night's result (YEET!), some people aren't. But the boys are gonna show them that sometimes, things can be even worse! We're taking wrestlers (or wrestling adjacent) and making this a match that no one wants to see!

I PROMISE Anime content is coming back soon; I just got frustrated with all the time off we had.

Thanks to Post and Toonz for the help in this miserable endeavor!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists have created their own YuGiOh Fusion monsters!

Sure Fusions have been pretty cool over the years, but the boys have their own ideas on which to make! Some monsters are just cool enough to work together! The boys make their own Fusion monsters!

Whether cool, funny, or just interesting, these are the monsters that could be cool if fused together!

Let us know what monsters you'd like to fuse!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about their spiciest takes on Dragon Ball!

As much as the fanbase loves to agree on stuff that's good or bad, the boys have some unpopular/controversial takes on the franchise!

A character being underrated? An attack that's lame? More filler? These takes definitely have their place as...different.

What are some of your hot takes?

Alex and Richard talk about some of their favorite characters and their worst decisions in anime!

No matter who your favorite character is, they’re going to do something wrong. That doesn’t make them a bad character; that makes them more interesting. But the guys are still willing to talk about these.

Whether it’s out of character, perfect for the story, or just downright miserable! These decisions made us wag our fingers at our favorites!

What are some of the worst things your favorite characters have done?

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about how they would write Ethan (Gold/Jimmy/etc.) into the Pokémon Johto Anime!

Technically Ethan already got his shine, but this time he does it without Brendan! His own character development, interactions, team, and we may see some other Johto game characters and his dealings with them! Even with Johto's endless filler, we're still trying to give Ethan a role (which might honestly help).

Let us know how you'd put Ethan in the Johto anime! Don't worry, Brendan is getting his own video too!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about more side characters who could star in their own OVA!

Sometimes the side characters are the ones who everyone loves, and sometimes they need a bit more. So the boys are gonna talk about that! How they got their powers, story developments that haven't been touched on, or just cause the characters are cool; these characters would be great for some extra stories!

Who are some side characters who you feel like could carry a series?

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about the differences they see between anime and manga!

Sure, not every adaptation is going to be 100% identical and that’s okay. But there are definitely times where there are big changes from manga to anime (or anime to manga sometimes). Why does this happen? Is it completely a necessary? Or is there a method to what is going on behind-the-scenes? That’s what the boys are here to discuss!

What are some changes from Maga to anime that you feel like we’re unnecessary? And what are some changes that actually worked out better in the end?

*I meant to say Dekomori was an anime original character, not Nibutani. I’m very sorry wielder of Mighty Mjolnir Maul!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about their favorite siblings in anime!

Despite being only children (sort of) the boys think they’re the best to talk about siblings who love each other, laugh, cry, and stand together! Not always perfect, but some of these siblings are closer than blood; related or not.

Who are some of your favorite siblings, blood related or not!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists talk about the best Tsunderes in anime!

While never Alex‘s favorite trope, every now, and then this cliché can be very compelling. Even while bossy, annoying, and a bit abrasive at times, these characters still have moments where their kindness and good character shine through.

Who are some of your favorite Tsunderes in anime?

N-Not like we care or anything!

Alex and Richard of the Anime Egotists are joined by ToonZ N' GoonZ and they all come up with their perfect Naruto game!

It's been awhile since we've gotten a brand new Naruto game, and the boys have gotten a bit antsy waiting for it. But rather than speculate or have 'sources', the boys have decided to come up with their own ideas! This is the Naruto game that they've been waiting on: mechanics, combat, style, and customization all have their talks in this video!

What would be your dream Naruto game, if you were given control?
