This week, we’re diving into Tokyo Godfathers 🎄✨a chaotic, heartfelt holiday ride that’s equal parts found family, wild coincidences, and emotional gut punches.

We follow three unlikely companions on a journey through the city, and along the way, we unpack themes of belonging, second chances, and the kind of stories that sneak up on you when you least expect it.

Bee and Damien get into what makes this one feel so real (and so messy in the best way), the moments that hit the hardest, and why this film stands out from your typical anime watch.

This week, we’re kicking things off with a certified classic: Kiki’s Delivery Service !🧹✨It’s Bee’s very first time watching (!!!) and one of Damien’s all-time faves, so you already know we’ve got feelings on both sides 👀

We chat anime magic, growing pains, flying cats (important), and what makes this film such a comfort watch years later. Does it live up to the hype for a first-timer? And how does it hit when it’s a longtime favourite?
