Anime Tour Bus episodes
- 47. The Point of Departure & Those Dizzying Three Years I Spent With You (Season Finale)
Well hello sleepy head! Dear listener Eric seems to think you have narcolepsy, he also might believe Metzger has a caffeine problem. Only god can judge us listener and Eric is no god. It's that time of season again, time for change, time to put childish things behind us and step into a new chapter of the bus. A new image, new anime, new hosts....wait that's too new. Maybe we should learn to cut our losses. Yes a compromise. We wrap up our feelings about this season's animes and move to something fresher...or deader.

28 min - 46. Promises & a Light in the Midst of Hope
It's been a long week on the road listener. The bus got lost and ended up in another state. Don't worry though, we course corrected and here we are! Back to Vanitas and Detective. Welcome to mildly anime related ramblings, but mostly just personal anecdotes.

35 min - 45. Number 69 & So I Can't Become a Detective
Welcome to the van listener! It's not really a bus at the moment, bus is in the shop. I know, how disappointing, but Metzger's credit was good enough to rent this van. Didn't want to let you down listener, never, never us, never let downs.

35 min - 44. Those Who Hunt Crimson & Spes
Welcome to Literature club listener! Welcome to the anime tour bus book club, huh? You like it? You like this new direction? The where Metzger acts super pretentious and just keeps making references to a culture that no one cares about. She's such a hack listener. No for real, Metzger obsessed over H.G. Wells all episode and only landed a glancing blow at the anime. It's still technically about Vanitas and The Detective is Already Dead though so eh?

35 min - 43 Where Death Slumbers & With That, We Set out on a Journey Once Again
Listener shhhh, shhhh listener. I'm just now drinking my coffee and listen I'm just not the same multidimensional demon tour bus attendant before that first cup of Joe, ya know? So just sit down, put your headphones on and idk have a Science Snack or something. I don't know what to tell you other than just mess with me before that morning coffee. That's like an entire personality right? Like gah, I can't help it if I'm a terrible person before coffee.

35 min - 42 Love & In Time, You Will Recall this Day
DRAIN THE BLOOD! A follow up novel to our best seller "Eat the Rich!" is what we would say listener if either of us had bothered to write a book. Even if we had bothered to write a summer book report, but we didn't. Metzger maybe did and her dog...ate it? That still flies in 2021 right? Maybe, oh shoot, yeah the file is corrupted or I can't seem to upload the document. What is happening listener? Do you see/hear/read this shit? Back to reality we are utterly enamored by Vanitas and not so much Detective is Already Dead (despite the claims from Eric last week.) Be prepared to listen to us gush on and on about these refined blood suckers of the night.

43 min - 39. Night of Mocking Masks & What I See in That Eye
Listener we messed up! We really messed up listener. Metzger was actually in the same zip code as Eric for once and decided to give him alcohol. She also made things way more complicated than necessary. Now you have this episode! We still talk about anime, but mostly Eric finds any and every excuse to talk about himself. Things will be better next week, sorry. So, so sorry.

29 min - 38. Fangs That Lay Bare Blood & That's Yui-nya Quality
Hello hello listener! Welcome, have a seat, you're seat, it's assigned. I know the other ones are empty, but it's the principle of the matter. Huh? What do you mean Vanitas is our favorite? We love all of our anime children equally that's just nonsense. You're being dramatic.
