John Littleton: I'm a fruity pebbles kind of guy, having a storm up here right now, starting their championships soon, haven't been able to fish much in the past few weeks, a pretty big sucker for changing line often, carrying 18 rods in his boat, different rods for different baits, a whole lot of power getting burned on opening day of dove season, going back to the truck for another box of shells!
Blaine: Phone issues, conspiracies and solar flares, could be a really great year for doves, they're here today and gone tomorrow, snakes living on top of the grass, grass is big and tall, getting things tweaked for duck season.
Steve Hillman: Storms a brewing, yesterday's fishing was like Wednesday's golf game...pretty horrible, almost had a limit of trout, water was pretty gnarly yesterday, but eventually found some green water. Had a lot of blow ups on top waters, could not get a bite on worms, the fish seem to be eating a night, once the sun comes up it's practically over, ready for fall, mostly feeding on shad.
