A little bit of this and that and breathing and softening and accepting and breathing some more. Gamut is spelled with a “u” and this was news to me.

Fluff follow up. Day dreaming of a slower time of life and reading nerdy books about the brain. Life administration, kitten planning, stormy ocean, and resetting. Some really rambly words and whispers that border on regret but pushing through to a bundle of important permission slips. Keep it wild.

From the bathroom floor as a shower procrastinator. A clothespin influencer and a nose pimple band aid. Achy joints and Apple watches and social media insecurity prompted regret.

Across the veil, goals and marketing and feelings. Micro-decisions and one page, a half cup, or 11:45 bedtime.

A flying twig, a giant pimple, and a coupon. Surprising yourself, surrender, and something about being in the moment. A meow and a whisper of a realization and nothing particularly newsworthy but still kind of vital (as in vitality).

Another week, intention, and using the weekend to its full potential. Play, lightness, and taking a second to focus on what you want to feel more of.

Rough day, shame game, and stories. Using a diet in my example but diet culture still sucks. Don’t listen to it, you’re strong and gorgeous. Ferocious kindness and playing loose with forgiveness.
