Squared away, hinging your happiness, and holding your fullness at arm’s length. It’s back on you, immense strength, and how heavy is your backpack. I get it and I don’t get it. I love you.

A quick sniplet of a podcast, a rainy day, and bleached shoes. The biggest cat tree in the land, traveling jitters, and deep breaths.

Sharing in the stickiness, bummer news, throwing a tantrum, and security. Oof, evolving how you toe the lines, scale, and sugarcoating. A weird painting metaphor, blinders, and zooming out.

Hard time, false starts, non-ruined June, and pressing pause on self-judgement. Circus brain, not so cute stew, and all or nothing thinking times two. Rewriting stories that keep us small, starting over tomorrow, and choosing different in any moment.

I dare you. Say it out loud. Speak your secrets, your shame, your scariest memory. Whisper your biggest dream, verbalize your regrets, your forgiveness, your love. Talk it out with no one listening and get it outside of your brain.

Affirmation episode! Dropping in, checking in, releasing, and softening. Hope, rest, don’t give up.

Chase your dreams and the problematic hunt prompted by that phrase. The hustling conundrum and how working hard might look different than you think. Precious, fluid dreams, off kilter value systems, and nurturing rather than running yourself ragged.

Kindness for the invisible battles, categories of change, and grace for the logistics and administration of being human. Try being endlessly compassionate to your own experience, even more forgiving and loving as you are to your best friend/dog/grandma.
