The balance of power in the county is once again up for grabs, right as the county braces for thousands more people being forced into treatment.

We’ll get into everything plus an update about stunning news from the San Diego Housing Commission: It has decided it no longer has the resources to dole out vouchers to specific low-income housing projects. IT’s a move that could have major implications for the Sports Arena project and other efforts to provide housing.
