  • Building Your "Reading Muscles" To Read 105 Books In a Year
In this episode, I talk about how I built my "reading muscles" to read 105 books in 2017. I suggest two methods which are having a daily "pages" or "time" reading goal. For example, read 1 page in the morning and one page in the evening. The same with a time goal where you read 5 minutes in the morning then 5 minutes in the afternoon. Once you feel comfortable with your goal keep adding more pages or time so you keep building those "reading muscles." In the beginning, I suggest reading 200 pages or less entertaining books or books on subjects that you are very interested in. Then start reading more books with over 200 pages on subjects you or interested in but not really familiar with.

  • This Daily Routine Will Help You Read More Books
In this episode, I talk about my daily routine of reading an hour and a half by having two separate books to read and a backup book download on your phone. One book is to be read 30 minutes every day, the best time is in the morning. The second book is to be read for an hour and the best way to do this is in two separate 30-minute reading session or one full hour session. Remeber to download a book on your phone for those down times you can take advantage to either get head or make up some of your reading time.
