CHAT ON THE COUCH WEDNESDAY IS LIVE.
Life is not like a porno.
You don’t always wake up and magically find your pot of gold. You don’t always get the relationship, the career, the money, the success, or the happy ending exactly when you expect it.
And sometimes life can feel like you’re on the set with nobody else there.
Not because you “fucked yourself.”
Not because you’re unworthy.
Not because something is wrong with you.
Sometimes you’re simply in a season where you’re being asked to learn how to stand alone.
In this episode of Road to Victory, Ant Diggity gets real about loneliness, timing, self-worth, faith, relationships, and the uncomfortable seasons where you have to create, grow, and build by yourself.
We explore the idea that when the student is ready, the teacher will come—and what it means to trust that the things you’re genuinely meant to have can find their way to you without you desperately chasing them.
But the biggest question of the night isn’t about relationships, money, success, or anybody else.
It’s:
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF?
Because if you don’t believe you’re enough, you can have everything you’ve ever wanted and still feel empty.
And if you know your worth, you can walk through a season of being alone without believing you’re forgotten.
Tonight we’re putting the questions directly to the LIVE CHAT:
What are you waiting for?
What season are you currently in?
What are you learning while you’re alone?
What do you believe about yourself?
This isn’t just entertainment.
This is a conversation designed to make you laugh, think, question yourself, and hopefully leave with something you can actually use.
Because your current season isn’t necessarily your final destination.
Don’t let anybody convince you that you aren’t enough.
Your story is still being written.
Welcome to Chat on the Couch Wednesday.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
TONIGHT ON THE ROAD TO VICTORY LIVE:
100 DAYS.
I went to my kidney doctor and she told me I’m about 100 days away from having my new kidney for an entire year.
That number stopped me.
Because nine months ago, I was learning how to live with a second chance.
Now I’m asking a completely different question:
What am I going to DO with this second chance?
Surviving kidney failure taught me how precious life is.
Having my new kidney for nine months has taught me something else:
You don’t need another person to make you happy. You have to learn how to be alone without being lonely.
But I’m not coming on LIVE just to talk about myself.
We’re turning this into a conversation.
I’m bringing YOU into it.
We’ll talk about:
• What happens after you survive the thing you thought would destroy you• Why surviving isn’t the same thing as living• Why it’s time for me to get my reps in• Discipline vs. motivation• What it means to take yourself to another level• Learning how to be alone without becoming isolated• The difference between wanting people and needing people• Why your next level requires repetition• Faith, purpose, fitness, creativity and discipline• What are YOU doing with your second chance?• What would you change if you knew you had 100 days to become a different person?
And we’re putting the audience in the show.
I’ll be reading the LIVE chat, answering questions, bringing people into the conversation, challenging your answers, and asking you questions that might make you look at your own life differently.
Because this isn’t supposed to be another motivational speech where you feel inspired for 20 minutes and go right back to doing the same thing.
I want you to leave this LIVE with something you can actually use.
Tonight’s challenge:
Choose your own 100-day challenge.
100 days of walking.
100 days of creating.
100 days of saving money.
100 days of prayer.
100 days of studying.
100 days of building your business.
100 days of becoming the person you keep saying you want to become.
You don’t need to change your entire life tonight.
Get one rep.
Then another.
Then another.
Because the next level isn’t hiding inside one giant opportunity.
It’s hiding inside the repetitions you’re willing to make when nobody is watching.
I didn’t get another chance at life just to remain the same person.
It’s time to get the reps in.
Welcome to Road to Victory LIVE.

I went to the kidney doctor and she told me I’m about 100 days away from having my new kidney for an entire year.
That number hit me differently.
Nine months ago, I was learning how to live again. Now I’m realizing that surviving wasn’t the finish line—it was the opportunity to start building something greater.
Having this kidney for nine months has taught me something I didn’t always understand: you don’t need another person to make you happy. You have to learn how to be alone without being lonely.
In this episode of Road to Victory, I reflect on the responsibility that comes with getting another chance at life, why it’s time to get my reps in, and why I’m determined to take myself to another level.
The next 100 days aren’t just a countdown.
They’re a challenge.
More discipline.More walking.More creating.More faith.More music.More podcasting.More showing up.
I didn’t get another chance at life just to remain the same person.
It’s time to get the reps in.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
What happens when you spend so much time worrying about being disappointed, failing, or not being good enough that you forget to actually experience your life?
In this episode of Road to Victory, I reflect on the difference between surviving and living. Sometimes life teaches us how to hold our breath when what we really need to learn is how to swim.
We talk about time, disappointment, self-belief, missing church, growing from childhood into manhood, accountability, and the pressure we put on ourselves to find the “right” path.
I also explore what it means to teach men to be men—not through judgment, but through correction, accountability, responsibility, and love.
And maybe the most important question of the episode:
What do you believe about yourself?
Because before the world tells you who you are, you have to decide who you’re becoming.
One thing at a time.
Don’t let time pass you by.
Stop holding your breath.
Learn how to swim.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
Are we so afraid of hurting people’s feelings that we’ve stopped telling each other the truth?
In this episode of Road to Victory, I reflect on the difference between being nice and being kind. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is have the uncomfortable conversation, set the boundary, or tell someone what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear.
I also share how growing up as one of six children shaped my life. My mother worked hard, and because she couldn’t be everywhere at once, my friends became another source of accountability. Looking back, I realize those friendships helped shape the man I’m becoming.
We discuss:
Sometimes the greatest blessing God gives you isn’t an opportunity.
Sometimes it’s a friend who refuses to let you stay the same.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
We spend a lot of time asking God for more—but are we becoming the kind of people who can handle what we’re asking for?
In this episode of Road to Victory, I wrestle with a question that challenged me: Am I becoming the person who can carry the life I say I want? From food choices to financial decisions, relationships to spiritual growth, this conversation is about the daily habits that shape our character.
We explore the difference between what feels good in the moment and what is genuinely good for us in the long run. Because a meaningful life isn’t built on temporary pleasure—it’s built on repeated decisions that create lasting peace.
We discuss:
The question isn’t just, “What do I want?”
The deeper question is, “Who do I need to become to receive it?”
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
What if the thing you’re chasing isn’t what you’re actually looking for?
In this deeply personal episode of Road to Victory, I reflect on lust, loneliness, purpose, and the search for genuine connection. I share how chasing experiences can sometimes become an attempt to fill an emptiness that only healing, purpose, and love can reach. We also explore how our wounds can turn us into distractions—not just for others, but for ourselves.
I talk about working with children, not because I have kids of my own, but because I realized I needed somewhere healthy to pour my love while I continue learning how to fully love myself.
We discuss:
Healing isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming whole enough that you stop asking temporary pleasures to solve permanent needs.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
In a world where everyone wants to be liked, are we becoming too afraid to tell each other the truth?
In this episode of Road to Victory, I talk about why honesty is one of the greatest forms of love. We explore the difference between encouragement and enabling, why constructive criticism is essential for growth, and why the people who care about you should be willing to tell you the uncomfortable truth.
We also talk about something even bigger: your life has value. If you’re tired, discouraged, or feel like quitting, this episode is a reminder that your story isn’t over. The world still needs what only you can bring.
We discuss:
Sometimes the greatest act of love isn’t making someone feel good.
It’s helping them become better.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
What happens when four men with different life experiences sit down and have an honest conversation about women, relationships, purpose, and the lessons life has taught them?
In this episode of Road to Victory, Ant Diggity is joined by Pablo Puede, Blind Boss, and Tykem for a raw, unfiltered discussion about whether women are distractions—or whether the real issue is the man looking for them. We explore love, heartbreak, ambition, healing, accountability, and what it means to build a life worth sharing with someone else.
Topics include:
This isn’t a battle of men versus women. It’s a conversation about becoming better men so we can build better relationships.
Because the quality of your relationships will often reflect the quality of your character.
Welcome to the Road to Victory Podcast.
What if the greatest high you’ll ever experience isn’t a drug, a drink, a relationship, or success—but becoming the person God created you to be?
In this episode of Road to Victory, I talk about replacing temporary highs with a meaningful life. We discuss staying true to yourself in a world that constantly asks you to become someone else, finding peace through purpose, and believing that every setback is preparation for another opportunity.
We discuss:
Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t getting everything you want. Sometimes it’s realizing you’ve become someone strong enough to handle whatever comes next.
God loves you.
Hang in there.
You’re going to be alright.
Welcome to the Road to Victory.
