Since this is the first episode of this type, both Erika and Ben (who joined us for the Orwell trilogy) share a bit about their own anticapitalist journeys. I found that capitalists tend to fund fascists in times of uncertainty, and Communists do the most to fight fascists. Objectively I knew which side I needed to be on.
