This Sunday, Unbound Director Amanda Beunger shared about God's heart for justice. Unbound works to end human trafficking in our community, provide victim advocacy, and spread awareness through citywide outreaches. Amanda shared why Jesus calls His church to engage in pushing back forces of evil and the role we play in seeing captives set free in our city.

This Sunday Pastor Tyler Hardy continued our Own It relaunch by teaching what it means to own the price of progress. Tyler explained our call to be a people committed to a living out radical obedience and generosity and shared where this journey of owning the price of progress will take our family in the future.

We often talk about the joys about being a disciple of Jesus, but in this Sunday message, Billy Gifford shares the cost of discipleship in our lives. This Sunday, Pastor Tyler Hardy broke down intensive discipleship and it's purposes for certain seasons in our lives (like marriage discipleship/ pre-marital counseling, Antioch Discipleship School, or parenting discipleship). Tyler shared his own experience of growth through his ADS year, and how intensive discipleship brings the opportunity to press into seeking Jesus during specific seasons of our lives.

In this redemption message, Ashlee Hardy shared the power of the new life that the Gospel brings, and how it is God's heart that we would have freedom from repeated sin, suicidal thoughts, heaviness and burdens so we can share the gift of freedom with those around us through evangelistic discipleship. When our lives are transformed by the Gospel and love of Jesus, we can go out and tell people about the One who changed everything for us.

This week we continued the Made For It series with Pastor Tyler Hardy teaching on mentor discipleship. Tyler shared the role and impact of mentors in his own life, and how mentors can disciple us, provide wisdom, insight, perspective, and encouragement. Mentors are role models, Jesus is the standard. We are to imitate our mentors to the measure they imitate Christ. Mentors are a gift to help us process through pain, learn from someone in a different stage of life, and to fill in the gaps. This week, Pastor Tyler Hardy broke down peer- to- peer discipleship and what it means to sharpen one another like iron sharpening iron. Tyler shared how peer to peer discipleship is really about championing one another toward Jesus, and how we can practice peer discipleship in our lives today.

This week we kicked off a six-week series called Made For It, diving into discipleship in a new way and exploring how and why we are all created to be in discipleship relationships. In this message, Tyler Hardy answered the questions, "What is discipleship?" and "Why is it important?" Tyler shared the Biblical foundations of discipleship, and why discipleship isn't just a thing we do, but a foundational piece of who we are as followers of Jesus.
