    These are her words
The best advice I have ever received was to do the kind of work that makes you want to get out of bed every morning. Supporting people to become the best version of themselves in this world epitomizes that advice. By trade, I am the Director of Student Success and Advising for the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Michigan State University. When I am not mentoring and coaching students, I teach 2 courses, A Sprint Through the Entrepreneurial Mindset and The Entrepreneurship Capstone Experience. In addition to this work, I built a workshop series for student-athletes on Mastering the Mindset, Venture Creation and Building a Brand. In 2021 my almost 10-year blog hit the airwaves! I created the podcast, Life Out Loud to throw encouragement around like confetti and support humans in living their very best life. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I have a terrible poker face and I believe that people are inherently good. My desire to empower people to live their best life ever drives my consulting, coaching and educating business
