Hello everyone!! For this episode, I share about how Anxiety Disorder changed my life. I believe, most of you that having this issue and even me, if you watch my previous episode, I was talking about how bad it was. I dont want to meet people, I'm scared of everything, etc and I believe, most of you that having Anxiety Disorder/Depression will face the same things as well.
But, to be honest with you, once you know how to manage it, how to train your mind, you will look at it at different perspective. As i mention previously, it's not easy to train you mind, it will take some times, but if you consistently doing it, nothing can stop you. It's better that you start small but consistent rather than you do a lot of things, but you didnt see any improvement then you will just stop.
I believe, most of us that having this issue want to get back to the old us. but trust me, once you know how to manage you anxiety, train your mind, you will see that you'are a better person now compare to previously prior to Anxiety Disorder.
