She is the author of ANXIETY ELEPHANTS: A 31 day devotional to help you stomp out your anxiety.  First Caris shares how she used believe anxiety struggles weren’t real, until she was humbled by them.  Then she shares how she came to terms with her struggle and how she learned this it’s OK to not be OK.  Next she shares how the enemy of our souls tried to make her think that her miscarriage was her fault and how she broke free from that paralyzing thought.
